One of the most crucial tips is to provide feedback frequently, once a year is not enough and then it may be too late.<\/p><p>We then proceed to step two, compensation and incentivization schemes. That is pay, pay rises, salary bands, promotions and performance based monetary incentives as well as non-monetary perks that you can provide. We can design short- or long-term schemes, including widely known tools and practices but based on our experience we can also suggest alternative, cost-effective solutions you can adopt considering
